We use three coating lines with automatic rust removal and phosphating. Finished wheels are tested with salt spray for 720 hours to reach international first-class standards.
What payment terms do you accept?
Normally we work on T/T or L/C terms. For T/T, a 30% down payment is required, with the remaining 70% settled before delivery.
How long is the typical delivery time?
While standard production takes 25-45 days, we can often deliver regular trailers within 15-20 days due to our extensive resource network.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship 90% of our orders by sea (Container or RoRo/Bulk). For neighboring countries, we can use road or railway transport. Urgent spare parts are sent via international couriers like DHL or Fedex.
Do you provide quality inspections?
Yes, every process including material selection, welding, and painting undergoes detailed inspection. we accept 100% inspection during and after production.
