Components such as gutter sections, back sections, bead seat bands, and flanges are crafted from high-strength Q345D steel. Locking mechanisms utilize durable 50Mn material for superior reliability under heavy loads.
All critical parts are machined using state-of-the-art CNC technology. Integrity is verified through ultrasonic detection, magnetic testing, and X-ray inspection of key weld beads to meet rigorous safety standards.
Every wheel undergoes sandblasting before receiving an epoxy resin electrophoretic primer. The final topcoat (available in powder or wet finish) is applied to OEM specifications for maximum corrosion resistance.
