Performance and longevity are the hallmarks of a great wheel. We place a heavy emphasis on precision designing, precise engineering, and expert craftsmanship. Each set of wheels is meticulously crafted in our factory, where over 16 years of combined forged wheel experience allows for full control over the quality process.
Each order undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing to ensure the most optimal combination of lightweight design, durability, and strength.
Load ratings can range from 1,500 pounds for racing applications up to 3,500 pounds for light trucks, SUVs, and off-road vehicles. These ratings are verified by radial fatigue and impact tests. Every wheel is produced from the highest quality 6061 T6 alloy.
Lathe Turning: The raw forging is lathe-turned from the front and rear, creating a profile that maximizes concavity while removing 70% of the original material for weight reduction.
Milling: Cycles run through pre-selected tool sets for up to 8 hours per wheel to achieve utmost precision. After milling, each wheel goes through hand filing, deburring, and buffing.
Weight Reduction: All designs feature Scallop Undercutting and Through-Hub Pockets to reduce Unsprung Mass and improve heat dissipation.
Quality Control: We use Digital Torque Wrenches for assembly. Every wheel must pass a dynamic balance and true roundness test before shipping.
