The manufacturing process utilizes High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) steel. Heat-treated material is applied to critical components of multi-piece wheels. Automated butt-welding is standard for rims, rings, and circular parts. All circumferential weld seams undergo non-destructive inspection to ensure zero defects.
