We are an industry and trade integration business. Our factory and sales department are strategically located to manage production and client relations efficiently.
How can I be sure the part will fit my excavator?
Please provide the correct model number, machine serial number, or any numbers found on the parts themselves. Alternatively, you can measure the parts and provide us with dimensions or drawings.
What are the payment terms?
We usually accept T/T or Trade Assurance. Other payment terms can also be negotiated.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the specific items you are purchasing. LCL (less than a container load) is acceptable for most orders.
What is your delivery time?
Standard delivery is approximately 20 days from any Chinese port. If the required parts are in stock, our delivery time is reduced to only 0-7 days.
How do you handle Quality Control?
We have a comprehensive QC system. Our dedicated team inspects product quality and specifications piece by piece, monitoring every stage of production through to final packing to ensure safety and compliance.
